Session FAQ

Where does the photo session take place?

Studio session -> Brampton Photo Studio

Outdoor or client location has travel cost based on distance.

What backdrops do you have?

Can we include family with the pet session?

Yes, you may include small family in the session.

Can I select photos for editing?

Yes, we will share all photos in low resolution and watermarks for selection. 

What does editing include?

Editing includes cropping, light balance, color balance and skin touchup.

How long it takes to get the photos?

It can take up to two weeks to edit and deliver photos. 

How do you deliver photos?

Photos are delivered digitally via our cloud service. Photos are not sent via email or messengers.

Can I get all the unedited/raw images?

We do not provide unedited/raw images as they do not represent our final finished product. 

Can I order additional edited images?

Yes, additional edited images can be purchased for $25 each image or $100 for a set of 5 images.

How long is the digital album available for download?

Digital album is available for only two weeks. Subsequent download or restore request costs $25. 

How long do you preserve digital images?

Upto 1 year and then the images are discarded. 

Do you use photos for promotions?

We selectively use photos for to promote our work. 

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, we charge 50% for booking and 50% on the appointment day.

What are you payment methods?

Cash or e-transfer.
